Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to be part of the commercial team on a large Central London development working for the Main Contractor.
The project is in the internal phases and requires somebody with large project build experience with a knowledge of M&E & Fitout packages.
Outside IR35
The role is for an immediate start and is outside of IR35. The role is based in Central London & will require working from the offsite office at least 4 days a week.
