Architectural Technical Director - London Bank

My client are in urgent need of an Architectural Technical Director for a job based in London Bank. You will have the opportunity to join one of the best Expert Witness and Advisory Services team in the UK and internationally, providing you the platform to progress your career like nowhere else

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years relevant industry experience.
• Extensive experience in project managing cross border investigative/research cases or commercial transactions as well as managing international client relationships independently.
• Proven experience in design, management, and delivery of complex high-value risk consulting projects.
• Commercial understanding of emerging markets and development issues insofar as they affect business.
• Solid understanding of anti-corruption legislation, specifically FCPA and UKBA and an understanding of their respective guidelines.
• Experience building and leading a practice in a reputable professional or financial services firm.
• Experience in advising clients on key political, security, operational, and economic risk issues in the relevant region.
• Managerial level report writing skills and analytical skills.
• Qualification in BA(Hons) Architecture and Environmental Design or Construction Law and Dispute Resolution
• Previous experience in a similar position beneficial
• Construction Law and Dispute Resolution
• Memberships in Chartered Institute of Arbitrators or Royal Institute of British Architects is beneficial
