After searching for a senior hire in North America we were approached by a Dispute Resolution company operating in the UK to support their recruitment with direct headhunting in New York city. Due to the aggressive growth stage of the USA operation and cultural aspects, the client was having difficulty in identifying and attracting the right talent for this critical role.


Given the dynamic growth of the North American business, our client needed to appoint a qualified candidate with vast international experience and multicultural team management. Our research team was able to identify and attract talent across the USA and with experience in this sector. They contacted direct and indirect competitors with a keen eye for professionals demonstrating suitability and flexibility through international moves and regional dispute roles, and importantly fee generation experience.


Within 2 months of taking on this challenge, our team was successful in finding the right candidate. As our client was based outside of the USA, and candidates identified also in different locations around the world, we supported organising both virtual and face-to-face interviews to a time sensitive schedule. Our Executive team also provided support and advice throughout the assignment in regards to local compensation packages, relocation and integration process, and references.

Our Retained Service 

Our retained service includes, but not limited too: headhunting, tapping into passive networks as well as searching through our active candidate database according to your bespoke needs. Typically, as a client you pay a percentage of the expected fee up front then another payment when the shortlist is produced; and then the final balance on success. The benefit to you the client in working this way is you have 100% commitment as we have time to do things properly.
